Sorry to bother you again. I was trying to use the Mabry POP control as you suggested , I find it very interresting but I,m having trobule to create an object so i can execute the “RetrieveMessages” method

here is the help file for it.

object.RetrieveMessages MsgOrFolder

The syntax of the RetrieveMessages method has these parts:
Part Description
object Required. A POP/X control.

MsgOrFolder Required. An object expression that references either a Message object or a Folder object.

Remarks

Retrieves all the headers and bodies for the passed message or messages.

My problem is the second parameter. I don’t know how to create it. Can you shade any light on these?
