Hi Virusim,

I wrote a data migration wizard to move FPD2.5 data to VFP tables and noticed the same problem. It didn't happen with every data set I used, only some. The memory usage would grow and grow and grow and eventually VFP died with an ICE. And minimizing the app did indeed reduce the memory usage. This was in VFP6 SP5 running on Win2K.

I eventually concluded there is a horrible memory leak somewhere in VFP6. Since the company I used to work for went out of business I didn't 'have' to find a solution and I haven't had time to go back and see what happens in VFP7.
