It should, unless there's a RESOURCE=OFF in config.fw. If it still won't, open the foxuser from the other version and copy just the structure (copy next 0) or all the records (to your liking) to the place where it should be. Close all, restart Fox and ...pray for the best. This has worked with previous versions of VFP when crossing to the next version, but then I haven't needed it for quite a while.
