What did you meant?
If you ask completely another question (about resource file) - yes, there are advantages and disadvantages. SET RESOURCE ON command should be always after SET RESOURCE TO command to specify correct resource file. Its hard also to distribute resource file.
P.S. Please, in future, ask question with another topic from the starting topic in the another thread. This will give you better chanse to get correct and complete answer.
