>>On the day of the World Trade Center bombing, I appeared on a Fox TV program in San Diego and did my best to steer the discussion towards the steps America must take to defend herself, to carry the war to the enemy camp. But the host would have none of it.

Alex;

Something suggested is to not watch too much of the events of last week. Be sure if children watch any of this that you are there with them. The Spanish TV News will be telling you things we have not heard on the English version of the news, and as a back ground they use the film of the two planes crashing into the WTC, in a loop. Then they show body after body falling onto the street. This is morbid and just another sign of what the media can do to make something tragic even worse.

We have too much "news" and too many "experts", regardless of what language they speak. I think they all went to the same school - the school of "the sick and mentally ill broadcasters of the world"!

By the way - you are so right. These reporters already know what answer they want and demand the person being interviewed to say just what they want. Why interview anyone if you already "have all the answers"?
