Do you have Access 97? If so you can export as follows:
1. Select the file to be exported.
2. Select File/Save As/Export.
3. Select O.K. to Save As/To an External File or Database.
4. Select Folder/File Name/Save as Type.

You can then choose FoxPro 2.0, 2.5, 3.6 or 3.0. If it is a free table you might want to select 3.0. Give it a try. If you have long names you are in trouble.

You could use ODBC also. Depends upon how often you have to do this. If you do it often you will want to develop a program to do it for you. As for myself, I use Data Junction. I can take in data from one format, put it through the Hub and get out the format I require.
