Hi Deamon,

I had the same experience. It seems that even if you include HTML Merge Modules in Install Shield, couple of crutial files are not being copied over:

- foxhhelp7.exe
- foxhhelpps7.dll

Just add them manually to the Files in IS and you're rollin'.
