It is 5:15 PM here on the West coast, and I just heard a news report about Mark Bingham, one of the men credited with in helping to down United Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania last week, and was headed for the White House.

They honored him today in his native San Francisco for his part in that event. He was an alumni of U.C. Berkeley University and a 6-foot-5 rugby player.
