I recently made a set of disks with the setup wizard and while trying to install the
software encountered this error

error 240 in setup

I then made another set of disk, this time only specified for windows 95

then I got this error

there is a bad tag filename value in a line of Source Media Description

which in located in Setup.inf

tried making changes to no avail, any thoughts on how to correct this?
