YOu can do it very easily with a router. My DSL line goes to my DSL modem. The ethernet cable goes from the RJ45 port in the DSL modem to my LinkSys router. Then I have the router connected to my 10/100 hub. I have the router configured as a DHCP server and all my workstation are now connected directly and constantly with internet access.

The router will be software configured via your web browser and will come with documentation that is fairly easy to follow to set all this up. This is so coooool, and you will be most happy with this. I had it for a year before my ISP and the DSL provider split up and I had to switch DSL providers. I was without DSL for a month and was totally miserable.
