Hello

I am trying to get a program transferred to a different computer and am running into a small problem. I have transferred all of the associated files and am getting an error reading:

Cannot load custom control DLL: 'C:\windows\system\mhcm200.vbx'

The mhcm200.vbx file is located in the windows\system directory but I do not know what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
