I think I will make a special setup using VFP 5 for installing MS GRAPH runtime.
I need free graph for developing and distributin, not a commecical one.

Next I tried to use included in VS MS Chart (again half success - 3D pie chart doesn't work properly). So I started looking for something that simply works. Now I evaluate teechart - popular component in Delphi world ( www.steema.com ). It is better (IMO) than MS products and it is less expensive that other controls. Now the firm offers free licence for teechart strings translators. As I know, it is not translated to estonian langauage. Look at it and maybe you will like it.
