In your Windows shortcut you must do something like this:

c:\myfolderapp\myexefile.exe -cc:\myfolderapp\myenvironm\config.fpw

In your config.fpw file you set the app's environment, like this example:

KEYCOMP    = WINDOWS
CATMAN     = OFF
SYSFORMATS = ON
SCREEN     = OFF
RESOURCE   = C:\myfolderapp\myenvironm\FOXUSER.DBF
OUTSHOW    = OFF
PROGWORK   = C:\myfolderapp
TMPFILES   = C:
CODEPAGE   = AUTO
