It was just a popup window that came up. It must have set a cookie or something to remember that I filled out the survey becase now when I go there (Support-Knowledge Base from MS page) it doesn't pop up anymore.

I had to choose something like "Another programming language". No choice for FoxPro, Visual FoxPro, MS Visual FoxPro,...

There were about 10 questions; the questions were something like,
"On a scale of 0 to 9, with 9 being the most satisfied and 0 being the least satisfied, how would you rate the accuracy and helpfulness of results returned by the Microsoft Knowledge Base?".
