Hi!

Why you need special ActiveX when both VFP and VB have built-in button control that allows showing picture and a text simultaneously in a button, and picture can be in one of the popular format? Well, no animation, but gif images are supported too.

In VB: Make button style Graphical, select Picture, DownPicture, set caption.
In VFP - just set picture property and caption.

In VB you can also write your own ActiveX button control and use it in VFP and in VB ;)

It is good idea to search for such control or make such control when it is really beneficial. So, think first what you require different from existing button in VB and VFP that will be very beneficial for your application. Yet from your message I see no difference...
