Yes, I read this and it says the bug was fixed in vfp6 sp3. I am assuming that vfp7 wouldn't re-introduce the bug. Also, the article deals with the files not installing on the client computer. I have verfied that the files are installed to the client computer. I'm still at a loss on this one.
