I think my last message got lost somewhere...

Basically it went something like the following...

Check all your enviornemnt settings
tmpfiles
paths
working directory

These could be setup correctly in VFP but when running an .EXE they could be different

Also you can try running the coverage profiler to give you an indication of slow bits of code
you can run the .exe from within VFP with the coverage profiler turned on to see what's going on.
Just : set coverage to c:\mylog.log
once it's finished load the log file into coverage profiler to give you an indication.
