Use significat names for threads. The problem should be described as specifically as is possible in a single line. "Help" isn't appropriate. I usually hit send, re-read my message, find bunch of typos and grammar errors, then hit Update button. This was a revolutionary change in UT from my point of view and I'm very grateful.
