The KB article may help, but there are a few other things you may want to check... (1) is there a virus program running on the server - if so, disable it. (2) the server itself may be experiencing problems - check the utilization, ram, drives, etc. (3) see what types of updates, patches, etc have been applied to the server since the problem started popping up.
