Thanks for the reply, the formatting of the email seems pretty easy to parse. Just a little worried that the site says that emails are usually returned within 24 hours, but my experience is the same as yours, just a few minutes.
Unfortunately we are using Groupwise 5.1 here, found a goow method to send emails, still looking for a good way to read and process them.
