Hello,

I had a customer who got hit by a virus recently and now when they try to print to the network printers from my application they get the following error:

The Error Number is '1958'.
The Error messages are 'Error loading printer driver.'.

They can print from my app to a locally attached printer and they can print to the network printer from Word/Excel.

Any ideas?? (I just sent an e-mail asking them to re-install the client workstation)
