VFP7 now has an OLE-DB provider, which basically means that you can read/write VFP data through this OLE-DB provider from another applications such as ASP, or VB.

Yet, as Steve pointed out, the existing data handling inside VFP app does not change. You still need to use ODBC to get to other data sources via remote views and SPT.
