Check the files section here at UT. I posted a procedure file that uses MAPI 1.0 to send email (works with MSExchange, I haven't heard if it works with anything else). Michel uses something far more complex here. He's described it a couple times in various threads.

Faxing, from a PC, you can use my email.prg for that with MSExchange. Over a network, I use RightFax and it's great. All I need is to put embedded codes in the reports. Real simple.

Dialing? I have no idea.

Setup Programs? I think there's one called InstallShield. Seems to be the most common. I've heard good things about it. Has a good uninstaller, which is biggest ommission in VFPs setup utility.
