I'm not sure what you mean, but you can control the Zoommode of a report with the PageZoom property. If you pass a value of 1 or 2 it zooms to the maximum lenght or width respectively.

Further, Strongly suggest to use the RDC autmation engine as the crystal report viewer is not being update anymore (since version 6 I believe). If you want to have maximum control over you reports, the RDC automation server is the only way to go.
