Isvenitche, Vlad,
I thought you would, but I didn't see the earlier posts. Just thought I might help a little.

>Pete, I know all these things. I just want to point the attention to the weird thing I have found in the getprinter() dialog box.

>>In my brand new VFP7, HELP shows GETPRINTER() is a function that gets the printer name, allows you to select a printer and change its fonts. It doesn't look a lot different than choosing FILE, PRINT or PRINT SETUP. This way you can do it programmatically.
>>
>>The other thing that my HELP shows is a SET PRINTER command that allows you to set some of the parameters for a printer such as bold, italic, font size. There is a PROMPT form that calls the print setup dialog box, also.

>>>Hi!

>>>In VFP6 SP5 (maybe other versions), try following:
>>>
>>>? getprinter()
>>>Hit "TAB"
>>>Hit "SPACE"
>>>
>>>I get a printer parameters dialog box! When I hit tab and space, it looks like there is a hidden button or button placed somewhere outside of the dialog box bounds.
>>>
>>>Does anybody know if it is possible to use this for printer configuring before printing smoething?
>>>Is there any impact on application when user accidentally open that dialog box?
