>Finally found the problem. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Early in the development I has set up a table with basic info about the user company and did a 'Use (table name) in 0'. I thought that the default was 'Shared' for this use of 'Use'. Apparently not in MM. It opened the table exclusive. And since each user needed the info from this table in only certain situations, it did not always give us the 'File Access Denied' situation.
