2 things to try. You will need to be logged on as admin for both.

1) Right MyComputer, click properties, click UserProfiles tab, select profile and click CopyTo button. Then select the profile to place it in. See http://www.windows2000faq.com/Articles/Index.cfm?ArticleID=15092 for a full description.

2) Just can also try copying the files from the folder for that profile to another folder. I usually don't copy the ntuser.dat file. It'll bring 99% of the profile over.
