Try to remove printer specific info from the reports: Open your report as table, blank out Tag and Tag2 fields and remove the following printer driver related three lines from Expr filed of the first record

DEVICE=
OUTPUT=
That's is the first thing I had the user try -- actually I am not sure if I blanked out the OUTPUT= in the expr field.
