Does any buy has any experience using mabry pop utility

I jus down loaded demo and I’m tiring to use it.
I’m having trouble to create an object so i can execute the “RetrieveMessages” method

The syntax of the RetrieveMessages method has these parts:
Part Description
object Required. A POP/X control.

MsgOrFolder Required. An object expression that references either a Message object or a Folder object.

Remarks

Retrieves all the headers and bodies for the passed message or messages.

My problem is the second parameter. I don’t know how to create it. Can you shade any light on these?
