Take a look at the FAQ Area of Visual FoxPro for INDEXSEEK.
I posted an error with the INDEXSEEK() Command.
The movement of the Cursor is not the only problem with this function.
It causes also an C0000005 Error when at least 2 Computers Access the same Table at the same time on the Network.
