Hi!

Take a look to the NET USE command help (type in command line NET HELP USE >file and read a content of that file). As far as I know, it can use IP address as a machine to map drive through internet. This will work quite slow though, and this kind of connecting is not reliable.

Better way is to transfer file using FTP or HTTP.
