Hi!

HTTP or FTP require WEB services, such as Personal WEB Server (works even under W95) or IIS - Internet Information Service (For NT platforms). Install them on the server, configure properly, then use samples in MSDN or wwIPStuff library from West-Wind to transfer file from one computer to another. HTTP/FTP is much like downloading or uploading a file to the WEB Server from browser, but just with use of functions that is not visible to user.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
