You can cahnge the text that appears. Just click Tools-> Intellisense Manager. Click the browse button next to "Quick Info tips". Scroll down until you see SELE in the Abbrev field. Go to the tip field and change the text to "I don't need no stinkin' Quick Tip for SELECT." <s>
