Disappearing values in a record
I have a customer who has inserted records in a calling system. The procedure is to:
1. Add a customer to the customer table.
2. Create a new call on the call logging system.
When the customer views the call logging the record that she had just added does not have any values in the customer table.
I have used the LOCATE statement to find the customer number and the record pointer points to record number 16774. Whe I browse the table the record is blank. There are 16883 records in the table so I know it is not the EOF.
I have copied the records to a CSV file and viewed the file in Excel. There are blank records within the csv file.
My question is where is the values for the blank records?
