>'Field phrase not found' Does anyone know exactly what this means? I keep receiving it, debugger says error is in THISFORM.Refresh? If I ignore, everything works fine, and the error only pops first time I access it, subsequent tries don't give an error. Thanks,

John,
I get that error message when opening a remote view that has been infected by VD - the view designer. It happens when you change the #, names ot datatypes of fields in a base table and have a remote view with * as the field list. Opening the view with the view designer gives the 'Base table has changed....' warning, then proceeds to mangle the field properties in the view definition.
Attempting to open that view later gives the 'Field phrase not found' because the SQL statement being passed is all jumbled up.
The only way to fix it that I know of is to remove the view and rebuild it.
Good Luck,
Keith
