You said "I found if I recompiled the projects containing CM and SDT libraries from outside CM (in other words, without the CM Develeopment environment running, then everything worked fine." What happens when you try to run the SDT Database Explorer WITH the CM development environment running?

The problem that I'm having is that the SDT Database Explorer does not want to run properly when the CM Dev Env IS running. I have both SFQuery and SFReports in my app, and I thought they might be the problem but if you're having the same problem without SFQuery and SFReports, it wouldn't be them.
