You would have to add an OLE container control to your form, then select "Insert Control" and find it under "Kodak Image Edit" or "Wang Image Edit" depending on your version of Windows.

Probably W95 has it as "Wang". Although there were some versions of W95 that didn't had it, I think the older versions.
