I need to catch Ctrl+E key in Internet Explorer to open a page.
I added a keypress handler to form < body > tag and implemented
my custom keypress event handler.
However, Ctrl+E and other IE hotkeys cannot be catched by this handler:
they are filtered out by IE and IE runs its onwn commands.

Is it possible to run my own commands instead of IE hotkeys ?
