I have two VFP applications with about 250 users each, several with 100 users and many with 30 to 50. These are major applications some running Fortune 500 companies. There is no problem with this number of users, however, having said that you have to design your application before you deliver it. I create all my applications as if a large number of users will be using it, regardless of the actual number. It is a habit I got into and it makes my life easier.

After you understand how to design an application for many users then you can concern yourself with network and hardware issues . That can be a real pain!
