I can't answer how many people use this file. At this moment the file is download 211 times. Though I asked anyone with questions or enhancement requests to contact me, I have not recieved a single E-mail.

I use this builder in various products which are installed on a thousand or so computers and did not have any report about errors. I know this does not say much, but I can say that its pretty solid.

The reason that it's still in beta is that there is no need to change it because since June 18th, there was not bugreport nor ER.
