Help!

Can someone please tell me what I'm missing in running a _XTAB query in a production environment? If I compile & run application within VFP 6.0 (by typing: DO MYPROGRAM.EXE at command prompt), the _XTAB utility creates a cross-tab table properly. If I run application as stand-alone (outside of VFP command window), the program doesn't create the cross-tab output file.

I've SET CLASSLIB TO _UTILITY.VCX to be sure the library is referenced and available in startup program.

What gives?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
