Looks like you have a space in the path where you copied the files. See KB article Q303834 "Setup Returns Error When the Source Path Contains Spaces" for details.

These would work OK:

\\myserver\myshare\english\vfp70
\\myserver\myshare\my_vfp_files\english\vfp70

These would cause the error:

\\myserver\my share\english\vfp70
\\myserver\myshare\my vfp files\english\vfp70
