Steve....OK, I stand corrected; I was reading this in Windows 2000 magazine...they list the following things that are not in XP-Home:

ASR
Client Service for NetWare
Domain membership
File-level access control
Group Poliy
IPSec
Offline folders
Remote Desktop
RIS
Roaming user profies

XP Home systems can access domain resources, but they can not be members of the domain.
