I'm having trouble with the VFP7 installation procedure hanging---rather, it fails to complete the first step. After selecting that I want to install VFP7, the small window pops up, saying that the system is being checked ("This may take 1 or 2 minutes..."). Nothing happens after this. I'm forced to shut down the installer.

I'm using a full version on Win98SE. I also have VFP6 sp5 on the system. Does VFP6 need to come off first? I have tested it on other PCs, and it works fine, although these other PCs are running either NT or W2K. But, it's the Win98SE PC that I want to install it on. Any suggestions?
