I have a report that looks great on one computer running W2000 and looks like it has about 1/5 chopped off on the right side on another computer running W2000. We noticed that the O font had different dates on the two computers for the Arial Bold font being used and thought that might be it -- but when we had both computers with the exact same fonts with the same dated files -- it still presented one computer with a chopped off report. All printer specific data is taken out of the frx file.
