I agree. My response was to Peter's query about the possibility of using radio controlled model airplanes to deliver biologicals, if the military were using them for survailance. I pointed out to him that those RC's were big enough to carry people, if they weren't carrying extra fuel, survailance technology and, in some cases, armament.

It's been a while but I recall reading about new CO2 laser technology that was fueled by chemical means and had the power to strike a single individual from high altitude, of not low orbit. The one I remember reading about was capable of being humvee or bradly mounted. Old fashing Startrek 'phasors' except they aren't hand carried. Hear anything about it?
