Everyone,

I just hit the 2GB limit on an .FPT file resulting in 'space exceeded' type error (forget exact message). The associated .DBF is 724KB.

Reviewing the thread below reveals serious debate among industry heavyweights regarding the 2gb limit but I couldnt glean a final answer.

VFP 7 Help under "Memo Field Type" states "Memo fields are limited only by the amount of available disk space."

So, a final yes/no/workaround regarding this limitation would be greatly appreciated...
