I don't know what it would be called :) I get it as bound since whenever I click or query I get the right value. I don't even have an answer why thisform.refresh fails but container or textbox.refresh works.
Worse when customer is parent it works as normal ! (or set skip to..)
I never needed to show on form this way but since foxbase I use relations this way too and I know it works (pointer moves) :)

>Ok, the pointer moves - that's good! Using the value of the textbox, that is bound to the field in the table, somehow made me think the pointer didn't move.

>As to being a display problem, I don't know... Is not that the textbox has the corect value and it is not displayed or refreshed, but the textbox has the wrong value. Isn't it rather a binding problem?

>>I don't know :) However pointer moves. To me it's more of a display problem on form. Instead of txtboxes if I do _screen.print(customer.cust_id) I get correct data.
