Thanks for your reply. I did register the imgedit.ocx with regsvr32. I can run the form with ocx within the framework environment. However I cannot run the question form in a exe program in the "same" machine. The imgedit.ocx is mostly registered in every machine with Win98. Am I need to re-registered the ocx with VFP installation program ?
