Hi!

I do not see the "^" sign in the date/time constant. When you do not provide it, VFP use current date settings to convert date constant into the date value. For some time your date settings where "YYYY/MM/DD". After settings changed to something else, you start to et empty date because error during convertin of constant to datetime value. The correct date constant format taht is not depended on the date settings is:

{^yyyy-mm-dd[,][hh[:mm[:ss]] [alp]]}

HTH.

>Do program.prg with {2001/08/20 00:00:00} and then my program accepts that parameter as a cWkStart variable - however, when I debug it - the variable is empty. It was working yesterday for a different date and not today. Any suggestions?

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
